Retail Store Manager

Rossland Grocery is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered and customers receive a seamless shopping experience.
- Authorize Returns and Exchanges: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns and exchanges, ensuring that store policies are upheld while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers, promote products, and make sales to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure that products are accurately priced and displayed.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience an asset
- Or equivalent experience

- Rural area

Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
