About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at Prokare Support Services Inc. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring patients
  • Support patients with mobility issues, including wheelchair and stretcher transportation
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
