About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at Caringpeople healthcare Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support in a hospital or home setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help patients with mobility and transfer needs, including weighing, lifting, and positioning
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as required
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees
  • Recruit and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in a healthcare setting
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
