About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Prokare Support Services Inc. As a key member of our nursing care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Nursing Care: Provide nursing care, including administering medications, changing wound dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Household Management: Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Companionship: Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or going for walks.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
