We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations, and the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor other engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of deliverables by adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Leading technical discussions, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Developing and managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Bulk API.
  • Leading and contributing to Salesforce Commerce e-store implementations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven track record of developing with Salesforce, including custom objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Commerce, and Aura Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST/SOAP Web Services, and Bulk API.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations, with the ability to communicate these clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor other engineers, and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce e-store implementation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce deployments using Copado.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in such environments.
