Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

LABHSHUBH FOOD CORP. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
