Job Summary

LABHSHUBH FOOD CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, and maintain open communication with all staff members to ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve our goals.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
