Key Responsibilities- Transport patients safely and efficiently to and from our facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met
- Assist patients with daily tasks and activities as needed
- Participate in committee meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- High School diploma or equivalent education completed
- Clean driving record with a Class 5 driver's license
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal safety and traffic laws and regulations
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong patient focus and positive attitude
