Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at OM MAA PRABHU INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of staff members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring business continuity and customer service delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on education and training.
