Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Case Management Tool Assessor to join our team at S.i. Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business requirements and documents for case management tools
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Experience with assessing tools for case management, such as ServiceNow and MS Dynamics

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role: As a Sr. Case Management Tool Assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating and recommending case management tools to support our business objectives. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
