Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced sales environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
