About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Primecare Pharmacy. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Delegate sales responsibilities to sales team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish Sales Schedules: Create and manage sales schedules to optimize sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Sell Merchandise: Promote and sell pharmacy products to customers, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Lead Sales Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
