About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Argos Pet Ranch. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that team members are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work to team members to ensure that customer service standards are met and that the team is working efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
