- Participate in the development and implementation of a living environment on the unit, in achieving objectives by acting in accordance with the philosophy of the Nursing Department
Requirements:
- DEC in specialized education techniques
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the field
- Ability to work with older people, autonomy, ability to work in a team, empathy, listening skills, and leadership
