Job Summary

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Vice President Legal, Compliance & General Counsel and play a key role in NRT's continued growth. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide legal services in partnership with business stakeholders from our Toronto head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee corporate commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements with a focus on complex technology and SaaS solutions.
  • Provide support on M&A transactions, assist with gaming and payment processing regulatory compliance, and advise on day-to-day legal matters as directed by the Senior Vice President Legal, Compliance & General Counsel.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of in-house or private practice experience.
  • Prior experience in the highly regulated casino and/or payment processing industries is considered an asset.
  • Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
