Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Posi-Plus Technologies inc. as a key member of our manufacturing department.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and repair of equipment.
- Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring high-quality results.
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production operations and meet production targets.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
