Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team at Posi-Plus Technologies inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Install and repair machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand equipment requirements
- Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, using hand tools and specialized equipment
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including pumps and compressors
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
