Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Downtown Pittsburgh Credit Union. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the implementation of projects, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and other subsidiaries of the organization.
  • Elaborate and monitor production schedules, critical paths, and cost control to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the planning, organization, and implementation of construction and renovation projects.
  • Accept and validate invoices received from consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with respective contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills in at least two (2) of the three (3) languages: Inuktitut, English, and/or French.
  • Understanding of Nunavik/construction in arctic conditions is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with knowledge of project management.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work on various projects with a results-oriented mindset.
