Job Title: Automotive Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Apprentice to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As an Automotive Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing services based on general maintenance and minor repairs, working efficiently and accurately to complete tasks described in repair orders, and ensuring the shop is clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform services based on general maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Perform tasks described in repair orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Contact the shop foreman and/or service advisors if additional work is required.
  • Use appropriate tools, test equipment, and report defective or poorly functioning equipment to the supervisor.
  • Ensure the shop is clean and tidy.
  • Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instructions.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Third-year or fourth-year apprentice.
  • Working towards your S certification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Above-average technical skills.
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
