About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Tire, Brake, and Alignment Technician to join our dynamic team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers while expanding your knowledge of automotive technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments with precision and attention to detail.
- Safely perform tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles, including diagnosing tire issues and applying appropriate repair methods.
- Assist and perform mechanical inspections and services, including work order procedures, alignment, flush machines, and oil lube and filter service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently surpassing each client's expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Completion of an Automotive Technician Program or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting and constantly moving throughout the day.
- Motivated, positive attitude, respectful work environment, and develop team members in a positive atmosphere.
