Job Description

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in various aspects of our business, including warehouse operations, counter sales, project management, inside/outside sales, and more. Our development program is designed to help you grow professionally and advance within our company.

You will receive mentorship and on-the-job training, allowing you to quickly learn and adapt to new roles and responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be a quick learner and able to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential.

A University Degree or College Diploma is preferred, and you should be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
