Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager

Dream Paradise Hospitality Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate the purchase of equipment and supplies, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and equipped.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate contract services as needed, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for our staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals, ensuring that our staff are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that our staff have what they need to do their jobs effectively.
  • Supervise in-house laundry services, ensuring that our staff have clean uniforms and linens.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out, promoting a safe and healthy environment for our staff and guests.
  • Hire and dismiss staff, ensuring that our team is equipped to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of local health and sanitation regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
