R&D Developments Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and experience in managing a team of housekeeping staff.

The Executive Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Selecting and purchasing equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair services to minimize downtime and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that the housekeeping department has everything it needs to operate efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
