Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Travelodge Golden. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with hotel staff, guests, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
