Key Responsibilities- Operational Management
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless customer service and efficient use of resources.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Staff Management
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs.
- Marketing and Sales
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including fuel, food, and other convenience items.
- Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Financial Management
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that business objectives are met.
- Customer Service
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
The Gas Station Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
