About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Brambles, a leading global supply chain solutions company. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across our customer base in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion across our customer base in Canada.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales professionals to ensure they are meeting sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the supply chain and logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
