Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Ensure the grocery department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory, including ordering stock from suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or grocery environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
