About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grocery Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Kims Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back office.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
