Key Responsibilities:- Train to operate the store and learn the correct methods of management
- Manage the store on opening or closing shifts, ensuring it's properly prepared for the rush
- Lead by example, working with the team to produce quality products and provide fast and friendly service
- Ensure image standards are met, and all products are produced properly and quickly
- Work effectively within the store, using smart hustle and purpose to achieve goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluently speak English
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- High School completion
- Availability and willingness to be on call for the team
