Inventory Control Manager

About the Role:
Clore Beauty Supply is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
As an Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of the organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Organize Operational Logistics: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks and projects.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Provide regular updates on inventory levels, operational performance, and other key metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Arrange for Maintenance and Repair Work: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
- Resolve Work Problems: Analyze and resolve complex operational issues, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train Workers: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
