Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Anchor Delivery Solutions Ltd. as a Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Management: Operate and drive company vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Receive and relay information to central dispatch to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
  • Merchandise Handling: Assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products at customer locations.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring safe and secure handling.
  • Trip Planning and Record Keeping: Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize routes and record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
