Business Services Officer - Immigration Support Specialist
Company Overview:Luent Immigration Services Inc. is a leading immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing expert advice and support to individuals and families navigating the complex world of immigration.
Salary:The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team in providing exceptional service to clients. As a Business Services Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, allowing our consultants to focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
In this role, you will coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. You will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Furthermore, you will perform data entry, resolve conflict situations, and work under pressure with tight deadlines. Your excellent oral and written communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
