The Lead Product Manager will oversee Expense Management and Spend Card offerings. These solutions allow clients to control expenditures with tailored governance and real-time budget insights. Collaborating with a team of specialists in development and design, this role involves fostering relationships both internally and externally, advocating for client needs, and contributing to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance Product Features. Take ownership of product strategy and development roadmap.
- Become a Card Product Authority. Serve as a reliable resource on card technology and user experience.
- Spot Business Opportunities. Assess market gaps and prospects, identify transformative opportunities.
- Manage Product Life Cycle. Establish vision and roadmap, spearhead product execution.
- Influence Organization. Advocate for company strategy, engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech or payment sectors.
- Proven track record of successful product launches at scale.
- Demonstrated experience in comprehensive product development lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with digital payment platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Commitment to understanding core challenges and managing projects effectively.
