Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICI Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project controls, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of consultants, specialists, and contractors, including drafting and managing contracts.
  • Oversee the execution of projects, including site meetings, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience managing ICI projects in a General Contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with PMP certification or similar being a plus.
