Project Manager - ICI

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of ICI projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, specialists, and contractors.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project costs, manage change orders, and supervise site activities.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of project documentation, including reports, minutes, and records.
  • Manage customer and subcontractor relationships, including payment requests and technical queries.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience managing ICI projects in a General Contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with PMP certification or similar being a plus.
