About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at TACO TIME. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
