About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Leader to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Report Adverse Events in accordance with provincial regulatory standards and internal obligations.
  • Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients, including dispensing and clinical activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of pharmacists and other pharmacy staff.
  • Support the development and implementation of pharmacy financial plans and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Distribution, Patient Programs, Clinics, and Nursing divisions.
  • Assist with the implementation of new projects to drive and support the pharmacy business.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current registration with the College of Pharmacists, Schedule A.
  • 5 years of experience in pharmacy, with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provincial regulations.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Kroll.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office software.
