Job Title: Shift Manager

Local Pizza is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are presented in a clean and attractive manner
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
