Job Title: Client Partner

At Snap Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Client Partner to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you'll be responsible for building and managing partnerships with brands and agencies to expand their digital presence on Snap.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and prioritize business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Provide exceptional sales and operational customer service to our clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives.
  4. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  5. Create compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  6. Educate clients on Snap's products and best practices.
  7. Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements.
  8. Communicate and evolve client thinking to mirror success on Snap while balancing client goals.
  9. Ensure strong health of client relationships, identifying gaps and seeking internal support to elevate Snapchat with clients.
  10. Present dynamically and instill confidence to challenge clients in a kind, smart, and creative way to ensure long-term success.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
  2. Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives.
  5. Ability to win the support of key stakeholders.
  6. A team player and collaborator.
  7. Experience running Weekly Office Hours, QBRs, and leading top-to-tops.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record of growing top-to-bottom relationships with clients and agencies.
  2. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  3. Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
  4. Passion for Snap, marketing, and building something from the bottom up.
