Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a service truck to remote or customer worksites
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues with heavy-duty vehicles
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency
  • Test systems and components using computerized diagnostic and testing devices
  • Implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the department
Requirements
  • Strong aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician or Commercial Transport (Truck and Transport Mechanic) certification
  • Heavy Truck and Trailer subject matter expert
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
  • Class 5 driver's license
  • Class 1, Class 3, and MVI Certifications are a bonus
