As the Finance Manager, Supply, you'll assist in achieving the company's goals by providing financial leadership to the Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams. This includes planning and forecasting, as well as analytical and strategic support for new growth initiatives. You'll lead the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing sites and serve as an analytical thought partner to our Plant Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day and longer-term financial leadership and support to the core operations teams.
  • Guiding implementation and compliance of our costing policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Leading the Capex approval, tracking, and reporting process.
  • Supporting costing for new innovation and year-end audit process.
  • Leading the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan processes for the Supply team.

We're looking for someone with a strong record of performance management, financial analysis, and planning accountability. You'll need to have experience leading teams, developing direct reports, and establishing a team culture. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail, are a must. Experience uncovering key insights and leveraging them to influence decision-making is also essential.
