Job Title: Associate Vice President of Supply Chain Technology

Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain Technology, the Associate Vice President, Supply Chain Technology will lead our Transportation & Order Management platform team. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal vendor management teams to negotiate and manage contracts and ensure seamless integration of their services into our ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in relevant industry technologies and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Lead, mentor, and build the team to deliver world-class supply chain technology solutions prioritizing the development of systems resiliency, stability, performance, and security.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our Transportation and Order Management IT platforms.
  • Develop and manage a budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' of relevant experience in Supply Chain and Information Technology with at least 3+ years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management systems, ERP systems, and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Public Cloud, DevOps and CI/CD pipeline tools.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans, while also being able to manage and execute on short-term goals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and project management skills, including developing effective cross-organizational and vendor relationships.
