Restaurant Manager

Firkin on Harbour is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with staff, management, and customers to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Firkin on Harbour is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be working in a restaurant setting, standing for extended periods, and performing a variety of tasks that require physical stamina and endurance.
