At McCain Foods, we're seeking a skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Human Resources department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of global mobility services.

About the Role:

  • Provide oversight for end-to-end global mobility services, including HR transactional processes.
  • Work closely with the CoE to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of day-to-day global mobility services.
  • Identify the need for global assignees, conducting pre-assignment planning and initiation.
  • Support employees and managers on program offerings, processes, and general mobility queries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions related to global mobility, including payroll, benefits, and immigration activities.
  • Manage the localization process, working closely with the CoE where required.
  • Conduct year-end activities related to global mobility.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in global mobility.
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience with basic technology functionality, such as case management and knowledge management.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service, with effective listening and communication skills.
  • Solution-based and adaptive in program delivery, with an employee-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with transaction processing and data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
