Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our Supply Chain and Commercial programs, policies, processes, and teams. This role involves supporting project and operations leaders in commercial activities and contract administration, ensuring effective management and interpretation of various contracts.

About the Role
  • Lead Supply Chain programs, policies, processes, and team.
  • Support project/operations leaders in commercial activity.
  • Negotiate and execute new opportunities and contracts.
  • Coordinate with business unit support groups (accounting, project controls, project management, quality, etc.).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in EPC/EPCM project execution, with 5+ years of experience in commercial aspects of project execution.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, project security mechanisms, dispute resolution, legal aspects of contracting, etc.
Salary and Benefits
