Job Title: Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team at Groupe Fabmec ou Fabmec. As a Millwright Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts, using various tools and equipment.
  • Construct foundations for machinery, ensuring stability and safety.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, following safety protocols.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification.
  • Hoisting and Rigging Training.
  • Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.
Work Environment:

As a Millwright Specialist, you will work in various locations, including on-site and in the field. You will be required to travel and work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments.
