Product Development Coordinator

Join AppleOne as a Product Development Coordinator and play a key role in the development and delivery of our products. As a Product Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our development and platform leadership teams to provide the right inputs for development and testing, clarify requirements as development progresses, and remove impediments.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the progress of projects through the development lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are correct and tested properly.
- Document issues/bugs/fixes and technical debt, and create a plan to address them.
- Work closely with leaders, executives, and stakeholders to understand strategy and document/refine business requirements.
- Assist with building, maintaining, and documenting the company's product roadmap, including generating new ideas that enhance the user experience for all constituencies.
- Report and ensure visibility for senior management.
- Participate in various documentation efforts (user training, process, KB, etc).
- Previous work experience working in a Product Management or Business Analyst role in a product-focused Agile software development environment.
- Prior development or QA experience with functional/end-to-end testing.
- Experience uncovering, formulating, and documenting business requirements for complex systems.
- Experience creating and monitoring product roadmaps, ensuring impeccable documentation through all phases.
- Experience documenting issues, bugs, fixes, technical debt, and creating plans to stay balanced and on track.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience using Jira.
- Experience working in a PHP/Laravel environment.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Experience with Kanban.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner.
