Product Development Coordinator

Join AppleOne as a Product Development Coordinator and play a key role in the development and delivery of our products. As a Product Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our development and platform leadership teams to ensure the successful launch of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the progress of projects through the development lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are correct and tested properly
  • Document issues/bugs/fixes and technical debt, and create a plan to address them
  • Work closely with leaders, executives, and stakeholders to understand strategy and document/refine business requirements
  • Assist with building, maintaining, and documenting the company's product roadmap, including generating new ideas that enhance the user experience for all constituencies
  • Report and ensure visibility for senior management
  • Participate in various documentation efforts (user training, process, KB, etc)
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience working in a Product Management or Business Analyst role in a product-focused Agile software development environment
  • Prior development or QA experience with functional/end-to-end testing
  • Experience uncovering, formulating, and documenting business requirements for complex systems
  • Experience creating and monitoring product roadmaps, ensuring impeccable documentation through all phases
  • Experience documenting issues, bugs, fixes, technical debt, and creating plans to stay balanced and on track
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience using Jira
  • Experience working in a PHP/Laravel environment
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Experience with Kanban
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
