Job Overview:
Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing intricate and technical I&IT initiatives. Experience overseeing integrated plans to guarantee the successful execution of vendor contracts. Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and mitigate risks in large-scale enterprise projects. Skilled in managing and coordinating the project change management process in relation to vendor contracts. Proficient in Vendor, Procurement, and Contract Management. Experience ensuring vendor commitments align with contractual obligations. Ability to interface directly with vendor leads to coordinate overall activities and contractual commitments. Experience managing interdependencies related to critical contract deliverables. Support in developing procurement and contract documentation, including content creation and stakeholder coordination. Relationship Management: Extensive experience in fostering and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Leadership and team-building experience, adept at managing and coordinating diverse stakeholders with varying needs and objectives. Proven experience managing executive relationships and engaging with senior executives across multiple organizations. Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities. Telecommunications and Radio Network Experience: Knowledge and experience in strategic and operational public sector governance models, managing complex, multi-unit, multi-stakeholder projects, and understanding public sector processes and policies. Significant experience in the Public Safety Radio/telecom domain, managing large and complex projects with substantial budgets. Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a broader public sector environment, handling projects involving network design, civil structures, user equipment distribution, and operations. Essential Qualifications:
Financial and Accounting Acumen: Demonstrated experience in financial management for projects, including performance analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment. Vendor, Procurement, and Contract Management: Experience in analyzing and executing vendor contract deliverables, including change management processes. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to identify issues and manage risks in large complex projects, providing oversight on integrated plans for successful vendor contract delivery. Communication and Relationship Management: Direct interaction with ministry clients, business partners, and project team members to cultivate and maintain strong ongoing relationships, always seeking opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
