Job Title: Project Manager Intermediate

Foilocn is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Intermediate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects with significant volatility and multiple stakeholders, including vendors, stakeholders, and peer groups across ministries.
  • Develop and implement project implementation plans that have no adverse impact on public safety operations.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met and manage vendor commitments.
  • Interact directly with ministry clients, business partners, and project team members to develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
  • Facilitate solutions to issues identified by stakeholders to arrive at an amicable solution.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management of projects involving various financial areas, including financial analysis, performance trends, analysis, forecasts, and risks.
  • Expert-level experience with financial management tools and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience supporting the analysis and execution of vendor contract deliverables, including change management, RFCs, Change Orders, Service Requests, and writing content and providing advice/interpretations on contract sections.
  • Experience managing large projects with significant volatility and multiple stakeholders, with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, including interacting directly with vendor, ministry clients, business partners, and project team members to develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience in a strategic and operational public sector governance model.
  • Experience managing complex multi-unit, multistakeholder, and multiple levels of public sector executive stakeholder project teams.
  • Strong experience working on Public Safety Radio/telecom domain.
  • Experience of large and complex projects with over $500 Million budget.
